The goods must be unworn, unmarked and undamaged. When you inform us of your intention to return the goods please give details of any replacement style, size and colour or reason for return if you are seeking an exchange

Be advised we are not responsible for items lost in the post if a trackable system is not used

The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items.

If you choose to have a refund, your account will be re-credited the full amount less additional non-refundable delivery charges, and there will be a 10% handling and restocking fee.
